You do not have to be a PayPal member to access
this service.
Our Reservation Policy:

A $200 security deposit is required to
secure your reservation. Deposits are fully refundable after your
departure, minus any incidental charges you might incur during your
stay.

Rental checks are due 30 days in advance
of the check-in date.

For reservations placed a year or more in
advance, payment of 50% of the rental amount is required 6 months
prior to the check-in date and the remainder is due 30 days in advance
of check-in.
