Cancellations

Our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days in advance of the check-in date result in return of the security deposit minus a $75 booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the check-in date result in forfeiture of the security deposit and return of the rental amount if we are able to secure another renter for those dates.

Rental checks overdue more than 7 days result in a cancellation of the reservation unless prior arrangement for a late payment has been made.

We make every effort to work with our guests and will always try to make arrangements which work for them.

We understand that personal circumstances may cause you to cancel your reservation.

We have tried to develop a policy which is fair to our guests and also protects us from last minute cancellations resulting in lost income.
